The International Hospital of Colombia Cancer Institute (HIC)

Nuestra historia

The International Hospital of Colombia Cancer Institute (HIC) was created in order to contribute to a growing need to address the oncological disease in an integral and human way. Thus, from a large investment in both human talent and cutting-edge technology, the HIC Cancer Institute is consolidated with support from UPMC (University of Pittsburgh Medical Center), as one of the first institutions in Colombia to offer to cancer patients a wide variety of possibilities in the management of cancer disease, such as chemotherapy, radiotherapy and oncological surgery.

During the last year, the HIC Cancer Institute has treated more than 1,500 patients with different oncological diagnoses, ensuring timely care and comprehensive personalized management tailored to the needs of each patient.
