The Hospital Internacional de Colombia - HIC offers different spaces for the well-being and comfort of its patients, families, visitors and collaborators, by providing a set of additional services such as: restaurants, cafeterias, parking, oratory, ATM, food vending machines, among others. The quality of the service provided by the collaborators, in the multiple disciplines that our institution groups, allows us to continue with the institutional mission of taking care of lives.

 

 

HIC RESTAURANT AND CAFETERIAS

The HIC has a wide gastronomic offer for all the visitors, with service of restaurants, cafeterias and vending machines.

LAS PALMAS Restaurant, located in Basement 2 (S2), offers a welcoming environment with a diversity of healthy foods and a personalized menu for all tastes. You can choose from the menu of the day, combos or salad bar, which vary daily. The restaurant is open Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and on weekends from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

 

The 'Shoko' Cafeterias have a gastronomic proposal of bakery products and drinks for all tastes. They are located in:

  • Lobby Cafeteria (1st floor) Monday to Friday from 8:00 a. m. to 5:30 p. m. There is no service on weekends.
  • Las Palmas Restaurant (Basement 2 (S2) Monday through Friday from 7:00 a. m. to 6:00 p. m. and weekends from 8:00 a. m. to 4:30 p. m.
  • Surgery (Waiting Room Floor 3) Monday through Friday from 8:00 a. m. to 5:30 p. m. and weekends no service.
  • Emergency and Trauma Unit (Waiting Room). Open 24 hours a day.

There is also a Vending Machine with a wide variety of food, beverages and coffee, located in the Lobby (Floor 1) entering on the right hand side at the end of the hall, available for use 24 hours a day.

 

For family members, visitors or collaborators, who cannot move around easily, there is the Shoko Rodante, a mobile cart with food and beverages that travels around most of the facilities.

  • Shoko Rodante (All the floors of the HIC) from Monday to Friday from 8:00 a. m. to 11:00 a. m.

*The purchases made at the 'Shoko' points of sale contribute to the social project of the Fundación Montañas Azules FCV. The profits are destined to help the patients and families of scarce resources that come to the institution in search of medical treatment.

 

HIC PARKING LOTS

The Hospital Internacional de Colombia - HIC has 3500 covered parking spaces, of which 400 are exclusively for motorcycles, and 3100 for cars or other private transportation.

 

The parking lot operates 365 days a year, 24 hours a day, and is distributed over six floors. In addition, to provide greater security and comfort to users, the parking lots and their surroundings are equipped with cameras and security personnel 24 hours a day.

 

 

PARKING SERVICE RATES:

The parking service has the following rates according to the type of vehicle:

Car: 3.000 COP  * 1 hour. After 4 hours 12.000 COP is cancelled covering 12 hours.

Motorcycle: 1.000 COP * 1 hour. After 4 hours 4.000 COP is cancelled, which covers 12 hours.

Monthly fee for cars: 150.000 COP. (If you pay within the first 5 days of the month, you cancel 135.000 COP).

Monthly fee for motorcycles: 50.000 COP. (If you pay within the first 5 days of the month you cancel 45.000 COP).

HIC ORATORY

The HIC Oratory is located on the first floor of the Main Lobby, entering on the left hand side, and has a capacity for approximately 40 people. 

 

Our chaplain is available on a voluntary basis to support the spiritual needs of patients and their families.

As a convenience service for all visitors, employees, patients and their families, the Banco de Bogotá ATM service is offered, located in the Main Lobby (1st floor), entering on the right hand side, in front of the International Services Office, located next to the elevators.

  

HIC SECURITY SERVICES

The HIC has a permanent service of guards and video cameras, strategically located, to monitor all services and areas of the institution. For the safety of all our patients and their families, the surveillance personnel make the pertinent orientations and requests for a safe stay.
